The restoration of Porcelain, China, and Ceramics can not be re-fired. So we only use specially formulated resins, polymers, and porcelainates to painstakingly reconstruct missing parts. The repair will be indictable, and will not lose it's value. This is why your repair is so time consuming.... but worth the wait.
