Your attention to detail shows with your work that you did with my damaged Swarovski Eagle. I sent it back to Swarovski and being a retired piece, they refused to repair it. I don’t understand why? I was given your name from a Swarovski store in the mall in Boca. You made it “new” ! I can’t imagine, your work is the best. I cried when it broke. Thank you…Allan
